Persistent Issues With VFS Global Visa Appointment System
I've been trying to schedule a visa appointment through VFS Global for about a week now, but despite registering, I can't log in to create an appointment. It says my account is not active. When I try to reset my password, it keeps redirecting me to the same page. I've called customer representatives multiple times, and they suggest trying different browsers, which I've already done. Another representative advised getting a new email address, but that hasn't solved the issue. I've never faced such problems with any other visa appointment service before. This level of poor service is really unacceptable.
