I have been trying to book an appointment on the VFS Global website for weeks, but the system is completely unreliable. At first, I couldn't even log in due to constant errors. When I finally managed to access my account, the site crashed at the payment step, preventing me from completing my booking.

I have tried different computers, browsers, and networks, but the issue remains. This is unacceptable, as appointments are opening up, but I cannot finalize my application due to VFS Global’s technical failures.
