VFS Global Approved Our UK Visas but Did Not Deliver Them Since 3rd December

We applied VFS Global for visas on 19th November for two employees, and the visas were approved on 3rd December. They were supposed to be sent via courier, but we still have not received them. We checked with the courier service several times, but they have no updates on the delivery status. The delay is causing significant inconvenience, as our employees need to travel urgently. When we called, we were informed that there is no customer service available for UK visa applications. Given the circumstances, we would prefer to collect our visas directly from the application center instead of waiting for the courier to deliver them. Hello, unfortunately, you are not being helpful. When I sent my issue to the email address you provided, I received a notification telling me to email the same address that I had already emailed 5 days ago without receiving a response. While the visa has been approved, you have been holding the passport for 9 days without reason, and you have charged a fee for the delivery service. I demand an immediate real solution.

Our grievance continues despite the many emails sent to the suggested email address. As a company, we are preparing to take legal action.
