VFS Global Lost My Passport After UK Visa Application Transfer
On 14.11.2024, my husband and I applied for a visa for the UK from the TLS Contact Bursa visa application center. The employees at the center said that our passports would be sent within 3 weeks. Of course, during this period, TLS Contact Bursa branch was closed and transferred to VFS Global. I received an e-mail from TLS Contact stating that our documents were safely delivered to this company. However, VFS Global did not return an e-mail regarding our application. We don't know the status of our application or where our passports are. It is not possible to reach VFS Global. There is no phone number or contact person. Our application is about to expire for 1 month, and we have not received any response. Our trip is very close, our accommodation has been arranged, and payments have been made, but there are no passports. We don't know if the visa has been issued. Hello, Following your response, an email was sent to your email address, and we were asked to create a request in response to the email we sent. We have created it. On the application tracking screen, it shows the stage as "your passport is ready to be picked up or sent by the courier (if you have paid for the courier service)." However, we do not know which courier company it is with. As far as we know, we did not make any payment for a courier with TLS Contact. We have made document payments, but we are not sure if these payments include the courier fee. If it has been handed over to a courier, which company is it with, and if not, where are our passports?
