On 14.11.2024, my husband and I applied for a visa for the UK from the TLS Contact Bursa visa application center. The employees at the center said that our passports would be sent within 3 weeks. Of course, during this period, TLS Contact Bursa branch was closed and transferred to VFS Global. I received an e-mail from TLS Contact stating that our documents were safely delivered to this company. However, VFS Global did not return an e-mail regarding our application.
