The VESTEL NF 52101 refrigerator is a terrible model. It has never performed well since the day we bought it. Meat, chicken, fruits, and vegetables spoil quickly, often getting moldy. We called the service team a few times, and each time they came, they claimed there was no problem. Despite our repeated explanations and concerns, they showed no real interest in solving the issue. However, the situation only got worse. Now, there is icing forming on the shelves. We have to eat out because we cannot trust the food stored in the fridge. Even bread and cheese go bad. We want the company to refund us based on the current value of the refrigerator. I would never recommend anyone to buy a Vestel refrigerator.

Dear Authorized Person, Unfortunately, we are forced to write on these platforms just to make our voices heard. Even though we repeatedly stated that the refrigerator has issues, we were always brushed off. The service teams could not find a solution. The refrigerator has not worked properly since the day it was purchased. The dealer we bought it from did not stand behind their product. We had to escalate the situation to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. This is one of the most important and vital items in the house. If there is a problem, it should have been resolved at the very first complaint. We bought it as a dowry refrigerator but couldn’t use it. We couldn’t cook at home because the refrigerator spoiled everything. The company says they will replace it with the same model. Honestly, I don’t think this model is a good one. We haven’t even been able to do grocery shopping for a long time because we don’t have a refrigerator that can keep food fresh.

"We continue our story with the slogan "Why should it be with Vestel if it didn't work out." They wrote a response here saying they are interested in the story, etc., but no one called, emailed, came, or went. So, we were left with what we wrote here. Gradually, I will share the problems we experienced with other products as well. Please think not twice but ten times before buying Vestel. It looks like a high-quality product with a polished exterior, but in fact, they sell problematic products of the lowest quality. Vestel is regret. You are literally humiliated with your money. They also do everything to extend the warranty period. Vestel is regret."
