New SEG 18 BTU AC Installation by Vestel Service Left Me Sweltering

I recently purchased a SEG 18 BTU air conditioner. The Vestel Kan Kule service in Bodrum Turgutreis came to install it. They set up the AC and left. The next day, I noticed loud and noisy operation, so I called the service back.

When they returned, they claimed the internal piping was clogged. However, we've used different AC brands on the same piping for years without issues. Moreover, the technician who initially installed the unit had assured me he pressure-tested the pipes with nitrogen gas and found no problems. Despite this, they charged me ₺3,000 for this "diagnosis."

The team that came for the malfunction insisted the piping was clogged and needed external reinstallation, asking for another installation fee. It's the same Vestel service giving conflicting information about the piping being clogged and then fine.

Vestel couldn't properly install my brand-new AC, and to make matters worse, they emptied the refrigerant before leaving, leaving me without air conditioning in the summer heat. The Kan Kule service doesn't even answer my calls anymore, and Vestel isn't addressing the issue.

They're clearly mocking their customers. What can you expect from a service that schedules appointments at 11 PM? This is no joke - I'm waiting for an urgent solution at 11 PM. It's uncertain if the AC's malfunction is even related to the piping.

If I had bought a second-hand AC from a junk dealer, I bet they would stand behind their product better than Vestel is doing. Vestel is worse than any junk dealer you'd find in the neighborhood. And don't even get me started on this Kan Kule service.

I'm appealing to Vestel officials and employees who earn an honest living: please send a team that actually knows how to install a brand-new air conditioner. I demand that this injustice be rectified.
