Disappointed with Vestel Deep Freezer



I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Vestel product I purchased. The deep freezer, which was marketed as an export-branded product manufactured by Vestel Ticaret A.Ş., has developed issues over the years. When I contacted Vestel customer service, I was informed that they do not provide service for this particular brand. My concern is that if Vestel does not support this product, why was it sold to us as an export-branded item? This inconsistency is both unprofessional and disappointing. Despite our attempts to seek assistance, we received no help and were simply brushed aside. I urge Vestel to address this matter promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. As a customer, I expect better service and accountability.
