My Vestel refrigerator (Model: BZD_GT/SN643M-VMK (A++) IC/(NF640 A++)) stopped working just three months before the warranty was about to expire, so I had to send it in for repair. They finally declared that the problem had been resolved after a month. Afterward, I had to contact the service once more for the identical issue. On this occasion, they carried out a distinct procedure and advised us to continue using it for an additional month or two. Later on, I came to the realization that the problem hadn't been fixed. Unfortunately, by that time, they informed me that the warranty had already expired. After speaking with a technician who wasn't affiliated with the service, I discovered that the repairs made to the refrigerator were not valid. It turns out that the fault was so severe that the refrigerator needed to be replaced. Mr A*** from the factory in Manisa assured me that he would help me with the problem, and successfully had my complaint resolved. Unfortunately, I'm currently unable to get in touch with anyone.
