I purchased a dishwasher from Vestel on April 9, 2021, but it malfunctioned on July 3, 2024. I requested support from the authorized customer service, and they came to diagnose the issue, stating they needed to order parts. When they returned the second time, they left believing the repair was completed, but the dishwasher malfunctioned again that evening.
Upon calling for service once more, they informed me that the repair could not be done at home and took the dishwasher to their workshop. It returned 4-5 days later, but it arrived with a broken leg and could not be installed. We attempted to use it briefly, but when they came to fix the leg, they were unable to do so. They later returned to address the missing hardware, discovered the leg was broken from the inside, and ordered a replacement.
When they came back to install the leg, the dishwasher malfunctioned again that evening because they had been mishandling it during repairs. I called for service again, and this time they suggested I request a replacement. I agreed, hoping for a solution. However, a week later, I received negative news from the main office, stating they wanted to attempt one last repair before considering a replacement. I accepted this, hoping for a resolution.
After 4-5 days, the technician arrived with a clamp for the repair, again mishandling the machine. When he realized it wouldn’t work, he suggested taking it back to the workshop for 3 days to return it in good condition. Unfortunately, after 3 days, I received disappointing news that there was a cable fault at the bottom of the machine, which caused the delay. I was promised a follow-up, but there was no communication.
After repeatedly calling the main dealer, I was informed that they had supposedly moved from Esenyurt to Güngören during the relocation process and claimed I had caused the damage, requesting a paid replacement. I insisted that this was not the case and suggested they check official records. They mentioned they would review the voice recordings and get back to me, but I still have not received a clear response.
I am exhausted trying to explain my situation, and I ask for your help. I have shared my complaint about this company, and I request that necessary actions be taken promptly to prevent others from experiencing similar issues and to address my grievances.
