The Vestel brand dryer KM 97202 we bought brand new is tearing our laundry. We reported the situation to the company many times. The employee who comes to the house checks the inside of the machine with a tulle sock and leaves. Then we get the answer that there is no problem with your machine. I ask if it is normal for the laundry to be torn. Again, they say there is no problem with your machine. The company definitely does not stand by its product. Constant evasive answers. The first days it came to the house, strange noises were coming from the machine. The company employee came to the house and listened to the noise. He said this sound is normal for Vestel. When it came for the second time, they took the machine to service. The threads of the hooded sweater came out. They said the machine was making noise because it swallowed the threads. A company that says a machine that swallows threads and the sounds coming from it is normal. I ask why you said the sound was normal the first time. Again, no answer. It is an extremely frivolous brand and you should definitely stay away from it. I have started legal proceedings right now.

We are constantly being called. We have to explain our complaint over and over again from the beginning. That's all that happens. There is no solution. By the way, apparently you can't put socks, underwear, cotton, jersey, sweatshirts, curtains, etc. in the dryer. The fault is ours 🤣😂🤣😂😂 I guess it's only for drying peppers, tomatoes, zucchini.
The Vestel dryer keeps tearing our clothes. We have stopped using it now. The brand new machine we bought has rendered one of our items unusable every day. Most recently, our towel became unusable. We have contacted them multiple times. Vestel is absolutely not interested and does not take responsibility. Even filing a complaint on Şikayetvar did not help. I will report the issue to CİMER.
