Android TV Vestel 50UA9631 4K Running at a Loud Volume

I purchased the Vestel 50UA9631, a 50-inch 126 cm 4K Smart Android TV, about two weeks ago as a brand-new item. When plugging it into the socket, I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the power supply module and lodged a complaint about it.
The authorized service team came to my home in response. Initially, they claimed that the device was not making any noise. It was only after they disassembled the new device and checked the module that they realized the noise was coming from the transformer.
I pointed out that the device was defective and demanded a refund or a replacement. The service representatives promised to report the issue over the phone and then left.
Later, I was contacted by Vestel. They informed me that the model I purchased is no longer in production and offered to replace it with the 55-inch version of the same model. Assuming this would resolve the issue, I accepted this offer. However, the 55-inch TV also exhibited the same noise problems.
I reported the incident again to the service and scheduled an appointment, but no one was willing to inspect the device at home. Later, the Vestel customer rep called me and claimed they had forwarded the audio recordings I sent to the factory, and there was no problem with the device. Despite emphasizing that flawless devices should not make noises, they insisted there were no issues.
I also own other Vestel models, and none of them exhibit this noise. Even with other brands and models of TVs, I have never encountered such a problem. I am truly disappointed and would never have bought the device if I had known about this beforehand.
I want to note that I will contact the consumer protection organization to assert my rights. I am dissatisfied.
