Subway Surfers Bug Wiped My High Score After Watching an Ad

I experienced a serious issue on the iOS platform while playing Subway Surfers on my iPad Air about five minutes ago. I had reached a score of 174,000 points, and after losing, I chose to continue by watching an ad. However, the ad suddenly froze, and after that, my entire score was erased and I was unable to continue from where I left off. My in-game username is “Dancing spike.”

This is the first time this has happened to me, and I have not contacted in-game support yet because I didn’t think I would receive any response in this type of situation. I request that my 174,000 points be restored to my account. I am expecting an urgent solution to this issue.
