KLM Canceled My Flight Without Notice and Rebooked Me With a 15-Hour Layover

My Istanbul–Amsterdam flight KL1958 scheduled for September 29, 2024, was canceled without any notification, and I was moved to flight KL1960 on September 28, 2024. My reservation number is ZCR26I. The layover on my original ticket was 2 hours, but the new itinerary increased the layover to 15 hours, and I received only a new ticket—no explanation, no approval request, and no confirmation process.
I tried to contact KLM customer service through WhatsApp, but I was unable to reach anyone to explain the issue. Since my ticket is not flexible, I cannot make changes on my own. To resolve this issue, I request either reinstatement of my original flight or rebooking onto another airline’s flight with a similar schedule.
I urgently request assistance regarding this matter.
