I Waited 30 Minutes at Vakıfbank but No One Helped Me

I was truly amazed by my experience at the Aydın Vakıfbank Bulvar Branch. I attempted to reach the branch multiple times, but no one answered the phone. When I visited in person, I noticed four bankers just standing around with no customers, yet I was left waiting for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence or offering any help. In the end, I walked away without finishing my transaction. What astonished me even further was that when I expressed my concern to the branch manager, they too were disregarded by the staff. I was surprised to experience such unprofessionalism and poor communication at a bank. This situation significantly undermined my confidence in the institution. While other branches have been satisfactory, this particular one evidently requires some improvement.
