Garanti BBVA Made Me Wait 40 Minutes Just to Deposit Money
I arrived at the Garanti BBVA Kavacık branch around 40 minutes ago to make a simple deposit, but the whole experience has been quite draining. The queue system is incredibly disorganized, and there’s a lack of clear instructions on how the number machine operates. I noticed a number of older customers facing the same problem, looking for assistance while the staff seemed uninterested. What I experienced was a lack of structure, leading to confusion and frustrating delays. The inefficiency causes even the simplest transactions to drag on much longer than necessary. I never thought I would spend so much time on something so simple, but here I am, still waiting. I truly wish I hadn't picked this branch, and I definitely won't be returning here in the future.
