Eurobond Transactions Pending for 6 Weeks Causing Financial Losses

I have been experiencing serious grievances with my Eurobond transactions initiated 6 weeks ago through Akbank Antalya Konyaaltı Branch. Despite meeting face-to-face with the branch manager, I was repeatedly told that the issue is being handled by headquarters and that the branch cannot intervene. When I emailed headquarters, they redirected me back to the branch; when I called by phone, I was told to file a complaint online. No department is taking ownership or offering a solution, and I am constantly being passed from one unit to another. The bank has completely left me without a point of contact, unable to directly reach anyone following my case or receive clear information. Initially, I was told the issue would be resolved within 1–3 weeks, but now no timeframe is given, and the resolution remains uncertain. For 6 weeks, no concrete steps have been taken, and the only response I receive is, “we cannot give you a timeframe.” This situation has caused me double financial harm: I urgently need the funds for payments I cannot fulfill, and my principal is losing value daily as Eurobond prices drop. Despite filing complaints 3 times face-to-face, 6 times via email, and 10 times by phone, there has been no progress. I urgently request the completion of my transactions and compensation for the financial losses I suffered during these 6 weeks.
