Beko 24000 BTU Ecological Inverter Air Conditioner's Endless Repairs

In 2020, I purchased a Beko 24000 BTU Ecological Inverter Air Conditioner for my 28 sqm room. I had no idea it would be the start of a never-ending ordeal. The unit leaked water from the indoor unit during the first summer. After a lengthy wait for the spare part, the service team replaced the internal part. However, the technician who ordered the part was not the same as the technician who installed it. They blamed the faulty installation, claiming that some copper pipes were left exposed without being wrapped with insulating tape. The following summer, the air conditioner began to make strange noises. The service claimed to have resolved the issue, but the issues persisted. They even changed the gas several times without success. Meanwhile, I noticed older air conditioners at my workplace that had been running smoothly for years after regular maintenance. Despite this, I can barely use my brand-new Beko air conditioner due to constant malfunctions. During a recent hot spell, I attempted to turn it on after a vacation, only to discover that it no longer worked. They scheduled a visit a week later after three attempts to contact the service. This is completely unacceptable! I trusted Beko/Arçelik's reputation, but they let me down with this defective product and poor service. I've had enough; it's time for Beko to replace this broken air conditioner and put things right. My family is suffering as a result of the hot weather, and Beko must accept responsibility for their subpar product and poor customer service.

The person calling on the phone convinces you that everything is being done and will be done to solve all the problems as soon as possible, but the reality is in the messages from the service I sent below. An official calls and says they will do whatever is necessary. They said we are directing the service, and the problem will be solved as soon as possible. They create a service appointment every day, but no one comes. I take leave from work every day and go home, but no one comes. There is no application where they say, "We apologize, we won't be able to come, let's schedule an appointment for a day that suits you." Words are not enough to describe how regretful I am for buying a Beko Arçelik product. Come and take this faulty air conditioner that breaks down every time it works, bring and install a new one. If anyone is not contributing to the solution of my problem, hindering it, or not approving it, including the company, the service, and its employees, the customer representative answering the phone, the manager, etc., may God not bring their efforts together in this world and the hereafter.
