Famradar Unauthorized Subscription

On March 7, 2026, at around 6:24 p.m., an amount of 2,956.20 was deducted from my GCash account for a Famradar website family tracker subscription. I did not intend to proceed with this payment and consider this charge incorrect. After noticing the deduction, I tried to cancel the subscription, but I can no longer find the Famradar app or website, and I have also been unable to find any valid email address or contact details for Famradar to request a cancellation or refund. Because of this, I currently have no way to manage or stop this subscription on my side. I kindly request a full refund of the 2,956.20 charged on March 7, 2026, and the immediate cancellation of any Famradar subscription or recurring payments linked to my GCash account, so that no further unauthorized deductions occur.
