Unable To Disconnect My USD Account On My Tango Airwallex

I use the Tango app with Airwallex, and I have a linked USD account that I want to disconnect. Whenever I tried to automatically disconnect this USD account via the “Disconnect” button in the Tango app, an error message appeared saying that something went wrong and that I should contact support. This issue started after I received a refund from a failed transaction through my Airwallex account. My Tango nickname is tango.me/chocolate-119*** and my email address is successchioma***@gmail.com. I contacted Tango support about this problem but did not receive any response, and the USD account is still connected. The error prevents me from managing my own account settings and creates uncertainty about whether similar issues will occur in the future when I need to disconnect a linked account. I request that my linked USD account on Airwallex be manually disconnected from Tango and that the technical error with the disconnect button in the Tango app be permanently fixed, so that I can freely and reliably disconnect accounts in the future without encountering this problem again.
