Free Fire Max Account Under Investigation - Cannot Join Team

I play Free Fire Max using the account with ID 9145046907 on my Redmi 14c. Since yesterday, whenever I try to join a team, I see a message saying that my account is “under investigation” and I am unable to join the team. I do not know why this happened and I have not done anything wrong in the game. I tried to get support but I do not know how to contact Free Fire / Garena support from my Redmi 14c, so I could not explain my situation to them and I have not received any response. Because of this issue, I cannot play with my friends anymore, which is very upsetting. I kindly request that my account be checked as soon as possible, that the “under investigation” status be removed if there is no valid reason, and that I be allowed to join teams and play with my friends again in Free Fire Max.
