On December 2, 2022, I received maintenance service from Vaillant for our extended product warranty. As per the agreement, only Vaillant is authorized to provide maintenance services. During the service, we noticed water dripping from under the boiler. When we brought this to the attention of the service representative, he stated that it would stop soon. However, two weeks later, Vaillant returned for honeycomb cleaning and found that the water was still dripping, causing the kitchen cabinets to swell. We filed a service complaint, and they came to inspect the issue. However, despite our repeated attempts to follow up, we have not received a clear resolution from the company. The lack of proper communication and results from this company is unacceptable and disgraceful. We demand a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue.
