USPS International Shipment Delayed After Arrival in Istanbul

My order with tracking number UM214831896US, which is being shipped through USPS, has been showing in Istanbul on the USPS website for more than a week. However, when I contacted PTT, they said that the package has not arrived at the international mail processing center.

If the shipment is supposed to be handed over to PTT, I request that this transfer be properly reported and that the new tracking number be provided. It does not make sense that after waiting for the package to arrive from abroad, we now have to wait even longer within our own country without any clear information.

I would appreciate clarification about where the package currently is and when it will be delivered.
