USPS Package From the U.S. Not Delivered After Customs Arrival

My package from the United States with tracking number UE400134595US has not been delivered from Istanbul Customs to Hakkari since December 28. I do not know where or how to get information about the shipment.

The status of my package is completely unclear, and I have no idea what has happened to it. I respectfully request that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.

I would appreciate any assistance from the relevant authorities and responsible institutions regarding the location and delivery of my package.
