U.S. Polo Assn. Delayed Delivery and Unauthorized Refund


I still haven't received my order from the U.S. Polo Assn app that I made on March 1, 2024. It's already March 20, 2024. The package, managed by 'Kargom Sende,' made it to the distribution center but has not yet been sent out for delivery. Despite being promised callbacks, none have been received. So, I just checked the site and it looks like they started a refund process without even asking me. How can a refund be processed without my permission? I got those things on sale, so now I won't be able to buy them again for the same price. It seems like my money has been put on hold as if they've taken it away. Now they're going to give me a refund in smaller payments. Even though I shop often, this is the first time I've come across this problem.
