Sürat Kargo Lost My US Polo Package and I Can't Get Any Response

On January 23, 2025, US Polo delivered the products I purchased to Sürat Kargo with the tracking number xxxxxxxxx1552. By January 24, the package was marked as "unloaded from the transfer vehicle" and has since been stuck at the transfer center for seven days. Every time I called, I was told, "We apologize for the delay; your package will be delivered as soon as possible." However, the package is still waiting at the transfer center. After some investigation, I found out that the package's status is unclear—it's as if the package doesn’t exist, meaning it’s lost. I keep contacting customer service, but there is no solution. This may soon become a legal case. It's not even a small package; it's a large 12-desi parcel. How does such a big package go missing? This is extremely careless and unprofessional service. Whoever is responsible for this shipment needs to contact me since I haven't been able to reach anyone in charge.
