U.S. Polo Assn. Missing Item and Delivery Negligence



I made a purchase of four items from the U.S. Polo Assn. website on May 13, 2024. However, I was disappointed to find that one of the items was missing when my order arrived. I was really upset because they couldn't find the red t-shirt model. Using Polo's website for ordering could result in a comparable scenario. In addition, the personnel from the courier company, 'Kargomsende,' left quickly without getting the confirmation code when they delivered the product. Unfortunately, they departed before I had the chance to verify the status of the shipping bag, leaving me unable to file a report. Consequently, I find myself in a state of distress. I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience I have experienced.
