U.S. Polo Canceled My Order Due to Stock Issues and Delayed My Refund by 10 Days

On 23.09.2024, I made a purchase from the U.S. Polo Assn. website. Three days later, the items I bought were canceled due to being out of stock. I’m sharing my order number: U27186521632758. The refund is supposed to be made in 7 days, which means we will get our money back at best in 10 days. We thought we were making a purchase, but instead, they used our money. As compensation, they gave a ₺75 gift voucher, as if we’d continue shopping with them. I truly didn’t expect this from the company selling these products in Turkey.
