UPS Delayed Delivery Fiasco: Zero Customer Support and Frustration Mounts

I bought something from US Polo, hoping everything would go smoothly and I'd get it on time. But man, the whole thing has been a total nightmare. US Polo said your order was gonna show up on May 18th, 2023. But, unfortunately, my order is still stuck at the local branch waiting to be delivered. They said it would be done by now, but I haven't heard anything about why it's taking so long. US Polo's customer service has been no help at all. It's really getting on my nerves. I've tried to get some help a few times, but nobody's responded. there's like no support at all and it doesn't even seem like there's anyone legit to talk to about my issues. It really sucks to get such terrible service from a company that's supposed to care about making customers happy. If my issue isn't fixed soon, I might have to take it up with CIMER (Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Communication Center). They really don't seem to care about their customers at all. Wow, it's really crazy to see how incompetent and unaccountable some people can be.
