My U.S. Polo Assn. Order Stuck at Warehouse

On January 21, 2024, I placed an order from the U.S. Polo Assn. online store, which was meant to be delivered to me by a shipping firm. However, from January 29, 2024, it has remained in the distribution center. Despite the fact that it is February 9, 2024, I have yet to get my shipment, and neither the shipping firm nor the United States Polo Association has responded satisfactorily. I am unable to contact a customer support professional who can remedy the issue. Kindly assist me.
