U.S. Polo Assn. Order Lost on the Way, I Request Refund and Compensation
My product has not arrived, and it seems like the cargo has been lost. It has been a week since the planned delivery date, but there is no update on the cargo tracking screen. The employees of Speedy Cargo company and Aydinli Group company have shown indifferent attitudes. Despite my refund request, they keep giving me stories like "48 hours" for the past four days. They have not even submitted the request. To make matters worse, I had a negative encounter with a woman claiming to be from the Trakya Regional Directorate. She scolded me and said she would do some research and get back to me tomorrow with a negative response. She also mentioned that I would receive my money from Aydinli Group within a week. I can provide a more extensive list and write in greater detail. I will take legal action by applying to the Consumer Rights Court and filing a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office. This is absolutely ridiculous, I've never witnessed anything like it. I am not satisfied with receiving the refund of the same amount. I will insist on being refunded based on my daily, weekly, and possibly monthly CPI rate, and I also expect an apology for the inconvenience I have experienced for the past week.
