My numerous attempts to seek updates and answers have been met with silence. Customer service initiates a complaint, and then abruptly ends the call without providing any solutions. This negative experience with Sürat Kargo has left me feeling utterly victimized. I lodged a complaint just a week ago, emphasizing their consistent loss of my parcels and the lack of compensation fulfillment. I've been left in distress for over two months, with two shipments gone missing within the same month. It's been over two months since the compensation, which was supposed to be settled within 45 days, was initiated, and there's still no resolution. Despite numerous calls to customer service, I'm fed rehearsed lines: "We've raised a request; please wait." Are we waiting for your convenience? If you're eager to experience distress, this is the company to choose. I'll be pursuing legal action at the earliest; otherwise, a resolution seems unlikely.
