I live in Istanbul Turkiye and on 16 March 2025 I bought 4 sweatshirts with a buy 1 get 1 free discount applied. All 4 products were large regular size but I mistakenly bought one of them as large slimfit. Today on 18 March 2025 when I went to exchange the slimfit for a regular one the exchange was not made because the product codes were different. The price is exactly the same and the only difference is that one is large slim and the other is large regular. Mr T*** at Starcity AVM explained this situation in detail but I kindly request that you change this completely unreasonable practice and resolve my grievance.
