Hair Loss After Using Urban Care Purple Shampoo

I recently bought the Urban Purple Shampoo 2-pack from Watsons, but it didn't give me the results I was hoping for. Actually, I started losing more hair than usual after using it for a while, even though I don't normally have any problems with my hair. My hair only stopped falling out when I stopped using the product. Also, the shampoo didn't fix the problem of hair color change or any other issues. I've been using Urban products for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm really let down by this purple shampoo. So, I want to ask if I can return or exchange this product for something similar that won't make my hair fall out.

The mentioned email was replied to, but no response was ever received. Misleading people in this way and pretending to have found a solution is not a behavior befitting such a big brand. I will no longer shop from this brand.
