This was my first transaction on the platform, and I was informed that I needed to complete a verification process before the funds could be credited. I immediately followed all the necessary steps, contacted Uption via email, and submitted the requested documents as proof of my payment and identity.
Despite completing these verification steps, I have not received any further response from Uption since the morning of June 24. My funds have been withdrawn from my personal account, but they still have not appeared in my Uption account. This unresolved issue has caused financial hardship and wasted my time.
For privacy reasons, I have not publicly shared sensitive information like my card number, but all supporting documents have already been provided to Uption through email. If required again, I am willing to share them securely.
