If Uption didn’t show your deposit in your balance yet and you want the quickest fix;

First confirm the deposit status;

• Check your bank/app to confirm:
– Transaction is successful, not pending
– Exact amount, date, and time
• Save:
– Bank receipt
– Transaction/reference number

Check normal processing times;

• Same-bank transfers: often instant
• Other banks / ATM: up to 24 hours

Check Uption transaction history;

• Go to Wallet / Deposit history
• See if it shows:
