I Loaded ₺20,000 with My Card on Uption But Balance Never Arrived in My Account

On June 10, 2025, I attempted to load ₺20,000 onto my Uption account using my credit card. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the funds never appeared in my Uption balance. It’s been days, and there has been zero progress or communication from the company.

I’ve tried everything to reach Uption’s customer service—phone calls, emails—but no one responds. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the transaction was completed and advised me to follow up directly with Uption. But how am I supposed to do that when no one at Uption will pick up the phone or reply to emails?

This is unacceptable for a financial service that handles people’s money. I urgently need a Uption representative to investigate this issue and either load the ₺20,000 into my account or issue an immediate refund. Until this is resolved, my trust in this platform is severely damaged. Please treat this as a high-priority case and contact me directly.

On 10.06, I loaded 20,000 TL, it was withdrawn from the bank but did not arrive at Uption. We called, Uption answered the phone on the 45th minute and said it was canceled, told us to get it from the bank. We called the bank, they said it was not canceled. Anyway, we said let's wait, it will be deducted from the provision in 7 days. Today is the 9th day, I am calling the bank and they say Uption has approved the transaction. What are we going to do, will anyone help? Or will you just continue as if you took the money and moved on? After all, we can't find anyone to talk to when we call. Wonderful.

It has been 1 week since I tried to load money with my credit card. The money was withdrawn from my bank but did not appear in Uption. They contacted me and said they canceled the transaction and that I could get a refund from the bank. When I called the bank, they said Uption did not perform any transaction. It has been a week, no one has called or responded, they are absolutely not interested, I am just waiting. My 20,000 TL is missing. Will you help me or what should I do, should I file a lawsuit, is that how I should proceed?

On 10.06, I made a payment of 20,000 TL; the money was withdrawn from the bank, but it did not appear in my Uption account. For a week, they have been telling me that the transaction was canceled, but it is also very difficult to reach customer service; I can only get through after 45 minutes. Today is the 9th day, and when I called the bank, they said that the payment was approved by Uption. However, there is no money in my account, I cannot find anyone to talk to, and I cannot communicate with anyone. How are we going to solve this problem, who will help me and how?
