Their phone line keeps me waiting endlessly without ever connecting to an agent. I’ve also sent multiple emails, and not a single one has been answered. This is unacceptable. My money is stuck in limbo, and I’m left without access or any support.
Uption, I demand immediate action. Either credit the ₺1,900 to my account or issue a full refund. You cannot take users’ money and then completely ignore them. Resolve this now or I will escalate this to the relevant authorities.
