Uption Account Blocked, Cannot Withdraw Own Funds
On June 1, 2025, a person named A** D******** accidentally sent ₺50 to my account on Uption. Following this transaction, my account was blocked without any notification. Because of this, I can’t access my own money, which is ₺205. When I noticed the issue, I contacted customer service. They told me that I needed to provide written consent and fill out a form to withdraw the related amount. I completed and submitted the requested form, but it has been about 5–6 days with no response or action taken. My account has been blocked like this for nearly 4–5 months, and my problem still hasn’t been resolved. The mistakenly sent ₺50 hasn’t been refunded either, and due to the block, I can’t process the refund myself. This was my first transaction on the platform, and I’m deeply disappointed by this experience. I expect Uption to urgently remove the block on my account, return the ₺50 to the sender, and enable me to withdraw my own ₺205 as soon as possible. Because of the indifference and delays I’ve faced, I no longer plan to use this app.
