On June 8th, I used my credit card to deposit ₺4,000 into my Uption account. The payment was successfully charged to my card and reflected in my bank statement. However, it has now been over two days and the funds have still not been credited to my Uption account. I cannot access the money I paid, and this delay is unacceptable for a financial service platform that claims to be reliable.
Even worse, I have made countless attempts to reach Uption’s customer service team, but they are completely unreachable. No one answers the phones, and there has been zero response to my emails. The lack of communication and support is absolutely appalling. I feel deceived and financially trapped.
If I do not receive a resolution and a full update on my transaction within 24 hours, I will initiate legal action against the responsible executives and file an official complaint with the relevant authorities. This situation must be taken seriously. I expect immediate assistance and for my ₺4,000 to be restored to my Uption account without any further delay.
