UPS Staff Yelling At Customer

The product subject to the order was sent to me via UPS Turkey, which originates from a product I ordered online. However, another product other than the one I ordered was sent to me. I contacted the company from which I bought the product and the company stated that they would make changes and that they had an agreement with UPS Turkey and that we could send them free of charge with the barcode on the cargo sent to us. Thereupon, I contacted your UPS Kütahya branch. I contacted the personnel at your UPS Kütahya branch who declared that he was Fatih Me***, and I personally explained the situation to him with the relevant return. However, this staff told me that there should be a return code, and I stated that the relevant company would receive the UPS cargo from our address free of charge with the barcode on the cargo package. Thereupon, the staff, who said that he was Fatih Me***, shouted on the phone and told me that I needed to get a code from the company, not with that barcode. I stated that I did not know about this situation and that the company from which I purchased the product told me that it could be returned with the barcode on the cargo package in this way. Thereupon, I shouted to myself that You can't address this staff, who is still shouting, why you are shouting at me like that? Also, my friends around me have personally witnessed this shooting situation. Upon this, when I asked if our conversations were audio recorded, he said "Don't worry, I'll talk again in the same way", and he addressed me in a casual and mocking way.
