Pluxee Meal Card Campaign Bonus Not Loaded Despite Meeting Conditions
I am using a Pluxee meal card and I participated in a meal card campaign, but my campaign bonus has not been loaded to my card. The campaign was supposed to provide a bonus, however despite meeting the conditions, I still have not received anything since 04/01/2026. I contacted Pluxee customer service about the missing campaign bonus, but my problem was not solved and I was directly refused instead of being properly assisted. I find it unacceptable that a campaign is announced and then the promised bonus is not given, and the support team does not help to clarify or correct the situation. I request that the missing campaign bonus be loaded to my Pluxee meal card as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided as to why it was not given in the first place.
