UPS Returned My Warranty Package Claiming Incomplete Address

I experienced a problem with the delivery of a package under warranty sent to my address in Başakşehir, Istanbul, via UPS Turkey. Despite having previously delivered to the same address without issue, this time my package was returned due to an incomplete address. Furthermore, I was not informed of the package's location; I only learned about it after inquiring about it. Shipping was free, but I was left with a problem because the product was returned. When I contacted UPS customer service, I was told my address was incorrect and needed to be changed, even though it had been used correctly several times. I was also not offered the option to pick up at a branch. I have never experienced a similar problem before. I demand that this problem be resolved and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent similar situations from occurring again.
