BC.Game Withdrawal Successful But Not Received Due To Wrong Bank Details

I made a withdrawal of ₹24,729 from my BC.Game account to my bank account on 01.12.2025 using the order/transaction number F-1850294452316695830. The withdrawal is shown as successful on your side, but the money has not been received in my bank account. The amount was supposed to be sent to my Jammu and Kashmir Bank account with IFSC code JAKAOMAHRAJ. My bank has confirmed that they have not received any such payment and there is no record of this transaction in their system. I have checked my account statement and there is no credit of ₹24,729. I also realized that the account number I provided had two digits missing, so the bank details used were incomplete. Because of this, I believe the payment could not be correctly processed to my bank account. In this situation, I kindly request that the withdrawal of ₹24,729 with order/transaction number F-1850294452316695830 be reversed and the full amount be added back to my BC.Game wallet. I ask you to check this transaction urgently and return the funds to my BC.Game account as soon as possible.
