I’ve Waited Over a Week for My UPS Package — Still No Delivery, Stuck at One Branch
It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received my UPS package. This is completely unacceptable. My shipment has been sitting at the same branch for three days with no movement at all. Why is the delivery process this painfully slow?
They keep giving the excuse that I’m in a “remote area,” but that’s just not true. My package is coming from Istanbul—how can that possibly be considered remote? This delay makes no sense, and there’s clearly no urgency on their part to fix it. My items are now extremely overdue, and the lack of communication only adds to my frustration.
UPS, I’m asking you to look into this now. Speed up the delivery and stop making excuses. This kind of poor service is not what I paid for.
