UPS Delayed My Delivery for Over a Week Despite Daily Promises

I shipped a package with UPS Türkiye, and it’s been a full week with no delivery. Every day, I’m told by both the main office and customer service that the package will be delivered that day, but nothing happens. The status keeps showing as "out for delivery," but the package never arrives. This is supposed to be a one-day delivery—why has it taken over a week? Where is my package? If UPS can’t fulfill deliveries on time, they shouldn’t be in this business. I’m extremely frustrated and demand that UPS Türkiye deliver my package immediately. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
