Delayed UPS Delivery: Where's My Package?
Waiting for my UPS delivery, which was supposed to come on July 24, 2023, has been challenging. My package hasn't shown up as of today, July 27, 2023. I've called customer service more than once, but all they say is that they've put in a request for faster delivery and that someone from the right team will get back to me with a solution. What, though? No one has gotten in touch with me, and my package can't be found anywhere. I'm tired of waiting and not knowing what's going on. It's so disappointing to hear promises that don't lead to anything. UPS, please get my package to me as soon as you can. I hope that telling you about my delay will get the attention of other people who may be in the same situation. Let's hope UPS can get its act together and make sure all customers get their packages on time.
