UPS Shipment Delay and Poor Communication – Still Awaiting Delivery

I am extremely disappointed with UPS's handling of my shipment. My package was shipped on October 22, but even after a week, it hasn’t arrived. UPS didn’t provide any tracking information, so I had to call the shipping location five days in a row just to confirm that they actually received the package. When I finally got the tracking number and checked the system, it showed an expected delivery date of October 25, four days ago! UPS’s lack of communication and delayed delivery have been incredibly frustrating, especially since I still have no clear update on where my package is. I urgently need someone from UPS to contact me and resolve this issue before the package is potentially lost.
