I’m writing to express my frustration with UPS regarding an international shipment that left its origin on March 20, 2025. Today is May 15, 2025, and my package still hasn’t been delivered.
Despite multiple calls to UPS customer service, I’ve received no helpful updates or clear explanations. The package hasn’t been returned to the sender, nor has it arrived at my address—it’s simply in limbo. According to the tracking information, the item has even cleared customs, so I can’t understand why UPS refuses to deliver it.
I am beyond disappointed by this level of service. There has been no accountability, no solution, and no transparency. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be a global logistics leader.
I demand that UPS immediately locate and deliver my package, or provide an official explanation and resolution. My time, money, and trust are not things you get to ignore.
