UPS Failed to Deliver My Urgent Package on Scheduled Date

On December 10, 2024, UPS notified me that my package would be delivered to my address that day. I rearranged my entire schedule to stay home and wait, but the package never arrived. Despite calling customer service to emphasize the urgency, I was assured the delivery would be made by 6:30 PM. This turned out to be false, and I was misled.
As of December 11, my package is still undelivered. I contacted customer service again this morning, reiterating the urgency, but it’s now 12:15 PM, and my package hasn’t even been marked as out for delivery.
This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. I urgently request UPS to resolve this issue and ensure prompt delivery of my package.
