Unimeal Charging Extra Without Permission and Sending Useless Emails

I initially agreed to pay ₺292 for a Unimeal subscription, but afterward, ₺2,050 was withdrawn from my account without my consent. Since then, I haven’t received any proper response or support from the company. They keep sending irrelevant automated emails, but never actually address the issue.

This is completely unethical and unacceptable — people’s trust and emotions are being taken advantage of. Unauthorized withdrawals like this cannot be justified under any circumstance.

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺2,050 and a formal explanation for this unauthorized charge.
